The consultation can be held either in person or online.
How it works: you send a request, fill out a brief, and we coordinate a convenient date and time.
We will send you a guide to help you prepare in advance and make the most of the consultation time. On average, the session lasts about an hour and a half and can be shorter or longer if needed (but no more than 3 hours).
The initial consultation is the first step toward a mindful interior.
It allows you to reflect on your needs, budget, and the scale of the project with the guidance of a professional before making important decisions.
Within three business days after the consultation, you will receive a summary and a tailored proposal, developed based on it, that outlines the next steps and the cost of the agreed-upon scope of work.
The consultation is a paid service. Its cost will be deducted from the total design fee if you proceed with a Design Project Agreement.
Once the design project is approved, we take care of selecting and organizing the purchase of every element - from furniture and lighting to textiles and accessories.

Product selection, approval, and order processing are included in The Procurement Agreement.
Additionally, we can handle product inspection upon delivery, claims and returns, and showroom visits — charged at an hourly rate.
Procurement is your guarantee that the design will be executed precisely as planned, preserving both its look and its quality over time.
